Which countries do you ship to?

We ship globally, excluding Russia, Belarus, Pakistan, and Turkey.

Delivery Options and Shipping Times

For all international deliveries, we use the express courier service. Each shipment requires a signature to prevent mailbox theft.

If you are unavailable on the delivery day, you can select various options on the courier’s website. These options include rescheduling delivery for a later date, dropping off the package at a relay point, leaving it in a secure location, or allowing a third party to receive the package.

 Deliveries take 5 to 10 days.

Is Shipping Free?

Free international delivery is available for orders over $500 USD on our website.

Duties & Taxes

All purchase DO NOT include tax and duties. You may be required to pay tax and duties upon arrival. Please be aware of the following:

  • What You Pay Us: The price you pay at checkout does not include local customs duties or taxes.
  • How It's Paid: Our shipping partner will contact you directly to collect any fees required by your country's customs authority before delivery.
  • Finding the Cost: We advise contacting your local customs office for an estimated amount, as charges vary by location.
  • Non-Payment: If customs fees are not paid, the shipment will be returned to us. Any return costs may be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. We offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges if you change your mind, and a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects.

For Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind)

If the watch is not for you, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all contents included.
  • Return Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Duties & Taxes: We are unable to refund any duties or taxes that were paid on the original shipment.
  • Refunds/Exchanges: Once we receive and approve the return, we can offer a full refund for the product or process an exchange. For exchanges, we will settle any price difference with you directly.
For Faulty Items (Warranty Claims)

All our watches are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Costs: If your watch is faulty, we will cover all costs.
  • Return Shipping Cost: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
  • Duties & Taxes: We will cover any duties and taxes incurred for both the return shipment and for sending the repaired or replacement watch back to you.
  • Resolution: We will work with you to repair the watch, send a replacement, or issue a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please visit our Contact Page (or by email: info@earthen-co.com) within the appropriate timeframe (14 days for change of mind, 12 months for warranty) and fill out the return form. Once your request is submitted and approved, our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange if the product shows signs of wear or is not in its original condition.

How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund

Approximately 5 to 10 days will be required after our workshop receives your product.

Warranty

What does the warranty include?

Watches: 

Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects that arise during normal usage under the conditions outlined below. If our workshop identifies any faulty components as defects caused by manufacturing errors, we will replace them at no cost.

Please note that the warranty does not apply in these situations:

  1. Loss or theft
  2. The watch shows wear and tear from normal ageing, including scratched glass and impacts on the case.
  3. Any damage to the watch, whether to the whole device or parts, due to improper handling, lack of maintenance, negligence, accidents (such as drops, scratches, crushing, or broken glass), misuse, or not adhering to the instructions given by Earthen Co.
  4. Any damage indirectly associated with the regular wear and tear of the watch, including non-functioning parts, defects, or inaccuracies in the watches.

 

Straps and accessories: 

Our warranty for bracelets and accessories includes all manufacturing defects that occur during typical use, as outlined in the conditions below. We will replace any defective item at no cost if a manufacturing error is identified by our workshop, such as aesthetic defects, stitching issues, damaged leather, or scratched buckles.

 

Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

  1. Loss or theft.
  2. General wear and ageing of the item (such as discolouration of the leather, etc.)
  3. Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents (such as scratches), or improper item handling.
How long is the warranty valid?

The warranty remains valid for one year from the order date.
